Chemical technology

Final grade is composed of:

- online tests (max. 90 points)

- individual essay (max. 35 points)

Essay:

All students should make a 15-20 pages long essay on a chemical technology related topic (selected from the uploaded list).

Contents:

The essay should contain the detailed production of the selected material or equipment. The essay should contain chemical reactions, parameters (pressure, temperature, etc.), flowschemes and may contain a limited number of illustrative pictures. The topic should be investigated based on various literature sources and a reference list should be presented for the cited literature.

Format:

Pdf accepted with Times New Roman Font, Font size 12, and line spacing 1,5. 

Essay deadline: 2020.04.22.

Grades:

0-62 points (<50%) - insufficient (1)

63-81 points (50-64.5%) - sufficient (2)

82-93 points (65-74.5%) - satisfactory (3)

94-106 points (75-84.5%) - good (4)

107-125 points (85%<) - excellent (5)
